Getting Fit

Today was spent rough fitting the interior ribs to the front yoke.

After fitting the ribs, we secured the front yoke to the platform.  Note that the rear of the ribs fit onto a jig designed for the purpose.

Next, we fit the main yoke to the sides:

Since inserting the main yoke requires spreading the sides, the next steps are:

1. Remove the main yoke
2. Install the rib jig in place of the main yoke
3. Fit the two interior ribs, mark their lengths
4. Cut the interior ribs
5. Remove the jig 
6. Install the main yoke permanently
7. Secure the sides to the platform permanently
8. Permanently attach the partition
9. Install the interior ribs

Somewhere in there after step 6 we need to assure that the two sides are square to the platform and parallel top to bottom.
